Winter Masters
Winter Master rowers can train at The Hub.
Monday-Friday: two erg sessions
- Thursdays: 7:00-9:00pm
- Sundays: 7:00-9:00am
Fee: $300
Varsity / JVRowing
August 29 - November 12
High School competitive program that competes at the state and national levels. For rowers with experience. JV rowers have some prior experience and are working toward qualification on the varsity team.
Placement will be determined by our Head Coach.
Practice Schedule
- Monday-Friday 3:45pm-6:30pm
- Saturday 7am-10am
- Travel for regattas is scheduled for select Saturdays and Sundays

Novice Rowing
September 6 - November 12
Novice rowers have no prior experience and are looking to improve in ability and move up to the JV/Varsity teams.
Placement will be determined by our Head Coach.

- Monday-Tuesday 3:45pm-6:30pm
- Thursday-Friday 3:45pm-6:30pm
- Saturday 7am-10am
- Novice rowers do not have practice on Wednesdays
