We offer Erg and Lift training over the winter months so that athletes can maintain their conditioning and get a jump on the Spring regatta season. There's a full erg/lift program, which is discounted, as well as erg only and lift only options. There's also a winter competition, the Strong Island Sprints, in February.
Lift will be Wednesday/Thursday 3:30-4:30 at FullMotion (see address below) and Saturday the Lift will take place at Peak180. Athletes will be split into either day based on skill level to be determined by coach.
Erg Only: 4 days total. Monday, Thursday, Friday, and select one more day on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
