Syosset High School

This program is open to students enrolled in Syosset High School in grades 9 through 12. No prior experience is necessary. Athletes must meet and comply with the rules and regulations outlined by Syosset High School in order to be a student athlete.

Practice is Monday through Saturday. Wednesdays are optional training days for those who want to attend captain’s practice. Attendance on this day is not required.

On Select Saturdays and Sundays throughout the school year the team will travel to regattas.
