The Middle School rowing program at OBCR introduces the basic biomechanics of rowing to 7th and 8th graders. Our time is spent perfecting the stroke while building musculature and fitness during the fall and winter, with spring being our main racing season.
Crew is a time-consuming, rigorous sport that teaches hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship. We train hard and we have a great time doing it!
